Storage:	Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months(2-8C). Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. After receiving:	The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Phosphodiesterase-I inhibitor quinovic acid glycosides from Bridelia ndellensis.[Pubmed: 16901813]

METHODS AND RESULTS:
Quinovic acid 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (1), quinovic acid-3-O-beta-D-fucopyranoside (2), quinovic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1 --> 4)-beta-D-fucopyranoside (3), methyl gallate (4) and ethyl gallate (5) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Bridelia ndellensis barks by fractionation.
CONCLUSIONS:
Compounds 1-3 showed significant inhibitory activity against snake venom phosphodiesterase-I.

Quinovic acid triterpenoid saponins from bark of Mitragyna rotundifolia[Pubmed: 18161294]

To study the chemical constituents from the bark of Mitragyna rotundifolia.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Column chromatographic techniques were applied to isolate constituents. A combination of IR, MS and NMR spectroscopy was used to identify structures of constituents. Six compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction and their structures were elucidated as quinovic acid-3-O-beta-D-6-deoxy-glucopyranoside, 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1), quinovic acid-27-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl ester (2), Quinovic acid 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (3), qunovic acid-27-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4), quovic acid-3-O-beta-D-6-deoxy-glucopyranoside (5), qunovic acid-27-O-beta-6-deoxy-D-glucopyranosyl ester (6).
CONCLUSIONS:
Compounds 1 - 6 were isolated for the first time from the plant. Compounds 1 - 4 and 6 were isolated for the first time form the genus.
