    Studies on enriched yield of wedeliatrilolactone A and B in Wedelia trilobata by macroporous resin[Reference: WebLink]
    To enrich the yield of Wedeliatrilolactone A and wedeliatrilolactone B (WTA and WTB) from Wedelia trilobata (L.) Hitchc. Methods WTA and WTB were determined by gas chromatography and their eluting ratio and purities were analysed by determining their contents in different fractions eluted from D 101 macroporous resin. Results The eluting ratio of WTA and WTB was increased up to 90% and their contents were 4 01%~4 09% in 50% alcohol fraction. Conclusion WTA and WTB can be separated by D 101 macroporous resin.
