Luteolin 7-O-glucuronide shows potent α-glucosidase inhibitory effect with IC50 values of 14.7 uM, it also exhibits moderate α-amylase activity with IC50 values 61.5uM.Luteolin 7-O-glucuronide could inhibit Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMP) activities, with IC50s of 17.63, 7.99, 11.42, 12.85, 0.03 μM for MMP-1, MMP-3, MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP-13, respectively.
