||The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

|To study the chemical constituents in the stems of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi.|
METHODS AND RESULTS:
The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and RP-C18,and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,preparative TLC and recrystallization.The structures were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Twelve compounds were separated and identified as: 9-hydroxy-2′,2′-dimethylpyrano[5′,6′:2,3]-coumestan(1)、butesuperin A(2),corylin(3),7-hydroxy-2′,5′-dimethoxyisoflavone(4),7,2′,4′-trihydroxyisoflavanone(5),liquiritigenin 7-methyl ether(6),vanillin(7),4-hydroxy-2-ethoxybenzaldehyde(8),but-2-en-4-olide(9),(-)-puerol B(10),Hydroxytuberosone(11),daucosterol(12).
Compounds 1 and 4 are new natural products,and compounds 1-8 are for the first time obtained from the genus Pueraria.
