Description: Selaginellin F is a natural product from Selaginella pulvinata.
    In vitro:
Bioorg Med Chem Lett. 2010 Apr 15;20(8):2456-60.
Antimicrobial selaginellin derivatives from Selaginella pulvinata.[Pubmed: 20335035]
Six selaginellin derivatives, including three new analogues selaginellin D, selaginellin E, Selaginellin F (1-3), were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the whole plant of Selaginella pulvinata (Hook. et Grev.) Maxim.
    METHODS AND RESULTS:
Their structures were determined on the basis of extensive physical and chemical evidence. Compounds 1 and 4 demonstrated antifungal activities against Candida albicans; compounds 4-6 exhibited significant antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
    Selaginellin F Description
Source: The herbs of Selaginella pulvinata
Solvent: Chloroform, Dichloromethane, Ethyl Acetate, DMSO, Acetone, etc.
