|Storage:||Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

|After receiving:||The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.|

|Study on Scavenging Activities for Superoxide Anion Radicals and Structure-Activity Relationship of Flavonoids from Astragalus membranaceus(Fish.) Bge. var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao[Reference: WebLink]|
|Twelve compounds were isolated from Astragalus membranaceus (Fish.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao, they were quercetin(I), isoquercitrin(II), rutin(III), kaempferol(IV), isorhamnetin(V), formononetin(VI), formononetin-7-O-β-D- glucoside(VII), calycosin(VIII), (3R) 8,2′-dihydroxy-7,4′- dimethoxyisoflavan(IX), 2′,4′-dimethoxy-3′-hydroxyisoflavan-6- O-β-glucopyranoside(X), (6aR,11aR) 3,9-dimethoxy-10-hydroxypterocarpan(Methylnissolin-3-O-glucoside,XI) and (6aR,11aR) 9,10-dimethoxypterocarpan-3-O-β-D-glucoside(XII). The concentration effect relationships were all logarithmic (y = alogx + b) over the range of 10%-90% of the scavenging activities. The scavenging activities of the flavonoids for superoxide anion were decided by their structures. CONCLUSION: The flavonoids from Astragalus membranaceus (Fish.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao have strong scavenging activities of the superoxide anion, and they are the main antioxidants in the herb.|
