    Storage: Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months(2-8C).

    Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.     The triterpenoids from medicinal macrofungi Ganodermalucidum.[Reference: WebLink]
    To study the bioactivity and structure of the triterpenoids in Ganodermalucidum(Polyporaceae).Methods The ethanolic extracts of Ganodermalucidum was diluted with water and extracted with CHCl_3.The CHCl_3 extract was subjected to silica gel column chromatography and HPLC successively.The structures of isolated compounds were identified by using various spectroscopic techiques,including UV,ESI-MS,HRESI-MS,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR and 2D-NMR.Theα-Glucosidase inhibitory activity of the extracted compounds were evaluated in vitro.Results 7lanostane triterpenoids(Compound 1to 7)were isolated from the fruiting body of Ganodermalucidum,which were identified as Ganoderic acid X1(Compound 1),Ganoderic acid C(Compound 2),Deacetyl ganoderic acid F(Compound 3),Ganoderic B(Compound 4),Lucienic acid A(Compound 5),7-hydroxy-3,11,15-trioxo-lanosta-8-en-24→20sLactone(Compound 6)and Methyl lucidenate D2(Compound 7).An in vitro bioassay showed that the compounds 1and 6 have certainα-Glucosidase inhibitory activities.Conclusion Lanostane triterpenoids are the major ingredients of Ganodermalucidum.Ganoderic acid X1 is a new triterpenoid not reported before. These chemical ingredients have certain bioactivities.
